  6. 06 · sign off

  7. 07 · test results

Test results: held-out evaluation of the retail support assistant prototype

  8. 08 · release

Approved by: Joshua Garza, Touchstone Data's owner, November 4, 2026, after a separate reviewer agent's check

The client, its people and its town are fictional. This is a sample, not a case study.

What you are seeing

  • The client, its people and its town are fictional. This is a sample, not a case study.
  • Eight artifacts from a practice engagement, from requirements to release. A separate reviewer agent checked each one, and the owner approved it before it went on this page.
  • The recordings are real runs of Touchstone Data's prototype on fictional orders, customers and policies, played back as recorded. Nothing on this page executes, and no model runs when you press play.
  • The test results report one held-out run, and say what that run does not show.
  • Account numbers and other account identifiers are replaced with placeholders. The customer email in the recordings is a fictional test address.
