The Last Gaslight — Privacy Policy

The Last Gaslight collects no data. None. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The Last Gaslight is an iOS game published by Touchstone Technology Consultants LLC.

• Your saved investigations. Story progress, choices, and unlocked chapters are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
• Your settings. Preferences such as text size and untimed choices are stored only on your device.
• Motion data. The game uses your device’s gyroscope to create a subtle parallax effect in scene artwork. This motion data is processed entirely on your device, is never recorded, and never leaves it.

Optional chapter purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information, and we operate no servers that receive any information about you. Apple’s handling of transaction data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

If a future version of the game ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated first and the change will be reflected in the app’s App Store privacy label.
